Serves: 1
1 lime; halved
2 fluid ounces vodka
4 fluid ounces sugar water* (1/2 cup)

*Make your own sugar water with 50% granulated sugar and 50% water heated until sugar melts, then cooled.


Ream lime halves; place lime juice and lime hulls into a tall serving glass. Add vodka, sugar water and crushed ice; stir and serve.

Chef's Notes:
Be sure to use crushed ice for the best result.
